Downstairs Bedrooms
By default, these two rooms are made up as double beds though all rooms in Granny’s are flexibly set up so you can separate the beds into twin beds or join together for couples. Plenty of single and double bed linen is of course provided.
Bedroom 2 is connected to the family bathroom in “Jack and Jill” style, while Bedroom 1, facing out to the bay, features a private en-suite shower/wc.
Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and you’ll find the beds freshly made with guest towels on hand.
All bedrooms (downstairs and up) have Freeview TVs to keep the youngsters occupied and yourselves informed and entertained.

The balance on existing bookings must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as you can, so that we can release the slot to other visitors.
How much is the deposit?
We take a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. The balance is payable 30 days before your arrival.
How do I pay?
We take guest payments through Paypal. All you need is a credit or debit card. You don't need a Paypal account, though you can use one if you have it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, but we can't refund your deposit. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we'll refund the balance provided that we we can re-sell your dates.
